About Adi
India is where I was born, and Mysore is where my practice was refined. But my foundation began even earlier — at home, watching my mother and grandfather move through their morning yoga routines with breath-led focus and grounded steadiness. That quiet discipline became the root of how I teach today.
Every session integrates the four pillars of classical yoga:
Āsana • Prāṇāyāma • Mudrā • Bandha.
My teaching draws from Hatha Yoga foundations, Ashtanga-inspired discipline, breath-led Vinyasa, restorative Yin Yoga, traditional Prāṇāyāma and Meditation. This balanced approach develops strength, mobility, and nervous-system resilience, helping you reconnect with your center.
My philosophy is simple: when breath, movement, and awareness come together, the body aligns, the mind clears, and yoga becomes a lifelong companion.
My intention is to guide you into that space — calm, steady, and strong.
