2. Register name and governing body
Adi Wellness Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością entered into the Central Registration and Information on Business of the Republic of Poland, maintained by the ministry responsible for economic affairs.
3. General
These Terms govern your use of all services provided by ADI WELLNESS Sp.z.o.o (operating as Adi Yoga).
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version is always available on our website.
4. Consumer Right to Withdraw and Cancellation Policies
Customers can signout or discontinue their online account with Adi Yoga at any point in time. Currently, Adi Yoga engages in business activity with the customer through online passes (single or multiple sessions).
Cancellation of a class by the company “Adi Yoga”
In case Adi Yoga cancels class(s), the session will be refunded to the customer back in their existing pass.
Cancellation of class by the customer
In case the client cancels the class:
- 12 hours before the booked class, the session will be refunded to the existing pass.
- Less than 12 hours before the class, no refunds.
Permanent closure of the business
In case of permanent closure of the studio, the sessions will be refunded financially, to the original mode of payment.
5. Accepted Payment Methods
The customer can choose the following payment methods for ordered products: cash, bank transfer and payment via the Przelewy24 payment gateway – a service provided by PayPro S.A. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347935, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 7792369887.
6. Information on the Complaints Procedure
Customers may submit complaints regarding the operation of the website and the services provided by email to the following email-address: adiyogapol@gmail.com
Complaints must include their First and Last name, email address used on fitssey.com and details of the issue/concern. The Administrator will review complaints and respond within 14 working days on the customer’s email address.
7. Health and Liability
Yoga involves physical movement and may carry inherent risks.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for your health and safety.
ADI WELLNESS Sp.z.o.o is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
